I want to pay my bill of 62.13 but it won't allow me to because my account is in an overall credit position. The overall credit relates to a credit you folks provided to offset seasonal charges that will be charged over the next six months

Yeah, I don't think you can pay much more when you are in a credit position. But then again why would you? Keep the money!:-)

Call Koodo from your phone ( *611 option 5 for customer service), and tell them your situation. They will help you to make payment arrangements :)

You won't be able to do a Credit Card payment with a credit on your account. It's a security feature to protect against credit card fraud. You can only do a payment of 150% of the bill amount. If you want to pay more onto your account while there is a credit, you can do a bank payment. This will by pass the payment limitation.

I didn't know you can do only 150% of the bill amount by CC. But now I know :)
Thanks.
