Payment not reflected on my credit card.

Hi,

I have a question regarding my monthly billing. I paid using my credit card last July 20 via the SelfServe feature. Afterwards, it showed that I have $0 balance. However, when I checked my credit card balance via bank website, it shows that my Koodo bill is still unpaid. Is there a minimum turn around time before the bill gets reflected on my credit card account?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Don't credit cards show charges for things a month after you pay? That's how the wife's works, she can't tell until the following month what she spent money on.

That's the most dangerous thing about credit cards... Isaw mine for the past 2 months and now I'm going to be paying it off for a long time... grr.
