Payment by bank account to Koodo, not connecting

Just signed up with Koodo, got my first bill. paid it thru my online bank account and paid it to the Koodo account number. checked my Koodo login account five days later and the funds were not received, yet the bank statement says its been transferred. I do I contact Koodo to resolve this?

Banking payments like that take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to be processed but if you want, grab the reference # from your bank payment and contact Koodo to tell them it's been processed and they should have it done now.

If you're going to make this your preferred payment method, I recommend setting it up for pre-authorized chequing so it goes out earlier.

Credit card payments are usually instant.
