Payment problem

I have paid my first Koodo Bill with my debit account at the Bank 4 days ago. But in Koodo Self Serve, it said the bill haven't been paid yet. So I wonder if there is any problem with my payment?

Online banking payments require roughly 2 business days to go through. Since Friday was a stat holiday, processing of the payment will be delayed. If it has not posted to your koodo account by Tuesday then call koodo and ask them to trace the payment. Until then, I wouldn't be unduly concerned.
