Payment not showing up on koodo billing even though I paid by credit card, how do I find out if my payment went through?

I have paid via credit card online and shows the posted transaction on my credit card statement, however, it is not showing up as payment received on my koodo billing account. I thought credit card payments showed up right away, how do I find out if my payment went through to koodo?

Did you receive an e-mail confirmation from Koodo saying they have received your payment?

@ Tanaya, the last payment we received was on Aug 17th.

I think that cc payment process right away, but self serve doesn't update right away...
If you have payment record on your cc statement, then you don't need worry about late fee.

Edit : I just saw Bernard's reply...  Are you talking about August bill or September?
