I made a payment on June 1 with my credit card through Self Serve Koodo website. Usually, I receive an email ("Thank for your payment) after the payment, but this time I did not. I can see the payment on my credit card statement, but I still owe the full balance. What should I do?
Feedback: On June 9 (Friday), I called my bank and they confirmed I paid the bill as I described. They asked me to call Koodo. I contacted Koodo's Payment service department at #227 from my Koodo device, and then they started an investigation for my payment. By June 12 (Monday), I went to my Koodo Self Serve and saw the issue was fixed. Koodo registered the payment was received by June 12. The due date would be on June 20, so everything is fine now.
