PAYMENT ISSUES - RE: "BASE PLAN EXPIRED: Your account has expired and will deactivate soon"

I registered for automatic top ups and it said my next automatic top up date would be on November 13th.  

I check this morning on the 14th and it hadn't automatically topped up.  I also noticed a warning message on the Overview Page, saying my base plan has expired and so I clicked on the "TOP UP" link and topped up the $15 amount using my registered Visa Debit card.  

There is a record of this transaction in the Koodo Transaction History as well as my bank statement however, my account still has the warning and my phone is on hold.

Suggestions please?
