Ok so i payed my monthly bill and went through online banking but i forgot i switched my phone number. Will the payment still be made cause it says the payment went through on my transactions but koodo saying i still owe whats up with that

Is your line you changed your number to on the same account still? If so it's fine. It takes a few business days to show up with payments via online banking. When did you pay?

@Myra, Goran is correct.  Payment is applied to the account  number, not the phone number.
