Payment issue for newly acquired postpaid plan

So I just switched from prepaid to postpaid after I received an offer by email. I received my Simcard on the 25th of July and switched my number to the new SimCard. I just checked my account and i have to pay $70 before August 20th for my usage during July 22nd-July 24th... I'm supposed to pay $70ish montly but it's messed up if I have to pay $70 for 2 days when I did not even receive my SimCard... what should I do ?

You pay for the 2 days you used and the month in advance. That's how postpaid works. This article will help explain it too:

If you login to your self serve and check your pdf ebill, it will show you the breakdown of your bill with he billing cycle dates
