I just recived a text saying my account will be shut down if i dont not make a payment can i just make a minimum payment for it not to be shut down?

You can call *611 (Billing Department) to see if payment arrangements can be made. No guarantees they'll do it, but worth trying.

My account has been cut off, boo boo on my part for not looking at my calendar of payments. I'm not able to connect to the *611. Who can I contact to report my payment and get my phone service hooked back up?

The phone line may be closed for you if you can't get through. Just call again in the morning and you should be fine!
Hours of operation (local time):

If it's related to the credit limit program, you'd need to pay enough to bring the total billed and unbilled charges below $200. You should be able to check the CLP balance through self serve or the automated phone system. If you make a payment using any method other than a credit card you would need to report the payment to koodo so they can protect the account from suspension long enough for the payment to reach them.
