I received my bill, but will the bill be withdrawn from my account automatically or do I need to pay the bill myself? I left my account details when I arranged the service. I tried to pay the bill with my master card, but it wasn't working, because the account number was not valid. I don't have a Canadian bank account, is that the problem?

Yes, all international credit cards need to be registered before they can be used. I recommend you call customer service and explain to them what happened. They can sort it out for you.

You can contact Koodo by dialling 1-866-995-6636, hit 1 for English. Hopefully, everything works out :) You can also purchase prepaid credit card to pay your bill, just make sure you add a little and it is not a Vanilla credit card.
