paying my mothly bill..

I have a prepaid samsung mobile... i don't know where i should pay?.. will a bill come.. i've had it a little less then a month.. do i need to go into koodo store?.. or? should i have patients.. and wait for the bill??

If you have prepaid service with Koodo, you will not receive a bill (just like any other company). You will have to check your account balance by calling Koodo's support # at 1-866-995-6636 or log in using Self Serve.

You need to add funds to your account through a credit card or purchasing top-up cards. Then, depending on whatever base plan and boosters you have, a certain amount will come out of your account balance every month. Plans are 30 day intervals, boosters never expire.

Can't i just go into the store and pay it?... if i don't want to do it online??.... i perfer paying in store:)

As far as I know, kiosks cannot do bill payments, and to reiterate if you are on prepaid, you will not receive a bill. You have to add funds to your account through credit card or vouchers.

Yes, technically speaking, you can get a voucher in store and pay over the phone. I'm sure a kiosk would love to assist you with any more questions you have, but prepaid wireless service is very much self-serve.
