I need to pay my first bill. My credit card is foreign, so isn't accepted by the website. I tried getting my mum to pay it using her credit card, but that was unacceptable also. I don't want to wait 5 days for my credit card to get registered; how can I pay my bill? E.g. Can I go to a kiosk and pay there?

I recommend doing the credit card registration. Either wise, you can do a payment through your Canadian bank.

What about using an interac card? I was able to pay for my phone like that.

You cannot pay your bill using your debit card.

How do I make a 'payment through my Canadian Bank' then? No such option exists on the website or phone menu.

Go to your bank, provide them with your Koodo Account number and they will process the payment. You can also do this through your bank account online.

You just need to set up a payment to Koodo mobile via your online bank service. I can't tell you how exactly because you might not be with the same bank as I am.

As a small alternative to what Myke said you could bring a copy of the bill (the one you were mailed, or print one) into the bank and tell them you need to pay that bill.
