I have a second phone on my account. The bill is ready but the website will not let me make a payment for the second number. Don't want to pay another 25 to call kodoo to ask them to take my money, What should I do?
It does not cost $25 to call Koodo. Nor do they charge for taking a payment. When you do a payment to your account, the payment goes towards the entire balance of the account. When the bill is generated, it balance is for both of the phones.
