I am having problems with your app - it won't let me log in but I can online. And I don't understand how I am yo pay for my bill. I am signed up to get it via email but have not recieved in and recieved a message via text from koodo that I could somehow do it through my account in koodos site

Make sure you are entering the correct information to the app. There is a new one, so be sure to remove the old one and install the new one.

You can pay through online banking, telephone banking, atm, bank teller, credit card(if it's in your name).

You won't receive the bill in your email, only a notification that it's ready. You still need to log into Self Serve to view it.

Hey Tiffany,

To view your bill, you need to sign into self-serve to view it. The email notifications you get are JUST notifications telling you that your ebill is ready to be viewed on self-serve. You can pay it via self-serve, online banking, bank teller or at a Koodo kiosk (no cash).

As for your app not working, I recommend removing and reinstalling it.
