paying

Tried paying with one of my card that I used before and the reply is the transaction didn't go through and reverts back to the initial payment processing screen.  so I tried it again and again but I got the same reply:( and I noticed that my money has been transferred 3 times after I checked my bank account

There could be something wrong with  their payment system there. To dispute payment/Billing, you need to contact Koodo directly to ask them to ask them for a refund.

I would suggest you send a message to their facebook/twitter to avoid the wait on phone.

Hmm that's odd. So you have two options: the easiest option is to leave it and your next few bills are paid for. The other option if you need that money back is to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter and ask to have the difference refunded.
