what is the data use chart in the cell phone. Does it change when minutes and boosters are added

What phone are you using?If you're prepaid your best bet would be to check your self serve account for your data useage.

The data usage chart built into android phones shows the total 3G data used by the phone each month. It is not linked to Koodo's systems in any way, and so will not update when you add minutes or boosters.

It also needs to be set by the user if you wish to use it to keep track of the data you use each billing cycle and if you wish it to warn and stop your data connection when it reaches your set data limit.
It will count all data used like Timo stated so it will include data used to send or receive picture messages but that data isn't charged for by koodo, so data usage measurements between it and the counter in the self serve app will not be the same if you notice that and wonder why.
