What is the expiry period for the US pay per use rates. In other words, if I don't have a roaming add-on I wil be charged $5 for my first kB of data and can then use up to 20 MB. How long do I have to use the 20 MB?

If you use any data in the US you are billed $5 and you'll have access to that 20 MB for the rest of your billing cycle.

That's a good question. I assume until the end of your billing cycle. But let me ask our Koodo contact to double check for you

Curtules is right.

I guess it would suck starting to roam at the end of your billing cycle. It doesnt seem fair to those customers.

Bruce, maybe you could submit an idea to improve the pay per use roaming charges.

I was never a fan of the bucket system for pay-per-use anyways

So if it is on a billing cycle, you could use 2 MB over 2 days and be charged $10, or you could use 20 MB over a 2 week period and only pay $5. It just depends on how your travel dates line up with your billing cycle?

Basically, yes.

However, before you could use 2 MB over 1 day and be charged $10 because it used to be $5/MB. So it works out.

Yes, the new rates are still a definite improvement.
