The idea is to either add an option to the base plans similar to the month to month customers, i.e. an extra $2.00 to activate visual voicemail on pay as you go. This would enable your pay as you go line to become fully functional and ahead of its time relative to your competitors. Lets face it people get into a contract to pay for the best new phone out there. There are so many iPhones out there which no longer have a contract and would benefit from switching to Koodo as I have done, expanding the line with the little feature could be a huge game changer.
