Past billing and usage in mobile app?

I believe you can only see your current bill/usage in the app. If you use the website, you should be able to see your past 18 months of bills/usage.
Though it would be nice to have full account access from the phone that the account is servicing on phone in the app. Not needing a web browser which I have not checked if it works or has a mobile page version.
