Password re-set

I forgot my password, I was sent a new temporary password which did not work despite repeated careful attempts (it doesn't help when they give you a password containing a character that could be either an upper-case I as in Ireland or a lower-case l as in lemon, since they look identical). So I requested yet another password, tried that too, and still I can't log in. All this hassle just to see and pay my bill. Has anyone else experienced this?

Well, you can always try to COPY and PASTE this temporary password and for sure it will work...

If you are forced to call again, just make sure you stay on the line until this works for you so you don't have to call again and you save time....

You may also try to use the FORGOT PASSWORD link and follow the instructions...

I think he means the forgot password link is what he tried and it didn't work, but your right the copy & paste is the best way to do it.

My recommendations would be to give Koodo a call and have the self serve profile deleted and start over. It's usually guaranteed to work. That way you are creating your password from the start.

When you use the forgot password link, right at the top of the email you are sent is a link that say 'click here to reset your password'. Clicking this link will automatically enter the temporary password correctly and bring you straight to the page to choose a new password. The temporary password is only in the email at all in case the link doesn't work.
