Hi I forgot my password and I went to try and send it to me and it said that I've been locked out?

Password for Self Serve? I think you'd need to call them at this point. 1-866-995-6636. No, there aren't any fees for this.

Does it say you've been locked out for an hour?
If so just wait an hour or give Koodo a call if you need access to it right away

Yeah it said that the fist time I tried to log in, then I tried again and it let me try and reset my password it said that my username/ email was invalid

You may want to contact customer service to get help with your Self Serve account. I think some self serve accounts get activated incorrectly when they are first signed up.
