Password wrong

Everytime Koodo does an upgrade or maintenance on the site, they tell me my password is wrong, I've had to change it  about 6 times

 Hmmmm...we have seen no other report of this Karen. Can you give some more details what exactly you are experiencing? One day you are able to log in the next the password seems incorrect?
