my phone is in airplane mode as I am in the England. I tried to unlock my phone and it asked for a password. I put one in but it didn't accept it. I shut it off and when I turned it back on it says enter password and it isn't the one I put in. What do I do?

”I tried to unlock my phone...”
How did you get a unlock code? From Koodo or 3rd company?

Or did it ask for "Puk code"?
If so, you have to call Koodo to get it.

A word of caution; most phones will limit the number of times you can attempt to enter a SIM unlock code. When the number of attempts is exceeded, the phone will stop accepting further unlock attempts. The phone will still operate on the original network.
