Partial charge on bill is incorrect

I have a partial charge on my bill this month for $9.

Partial charges
Minutes Local Income Unlimited (Oct 13
To Nov 09)
$9.00
Total partial charges .................................................................................. $9.00

Why am I being charged this when my plan has local incoming minutes for $10 already and my bill shows no extra minutes being used for this month.

How do I correct this?

Notice how that billing cycle on their says oct 12 or nov 9?
thats less than a month.
so they only charged you 9 dollars for the 10 dollar add-on
You werent actually charged for minutes.

That's what I thought initially but my bill has a $10 charge for add-ons which is the unlimited incoming minutes.  So it looks like it was charged twice?

My plan changed 2 months ago.

That's likely just showing you what add-ons you have.
you have the $10 add on.
but this month you were only charged $9
I'm next to positive there is nothing wrong with your bill.

They get complicated when you switch plans, but they are always right.

My monthly bill should only be $45/mon.  This is what happen this month.

Taxes $7.02

Billed total $61.02


In this case it doesn't add up.

The $9 was for oct 12-nov 9

The other $10 is for nov 9 - dec 9

Check the date for your monthly charge. Is it from Nov 10 th to Dec 9th?
You always pay your service in advance .
You added your add on last month, and they added your partial charge on this month (because they can't go back time)
