Did you call 611 to get it reactivated and di you also pay the reconnection fee? Or did you just pay th outstanding amount of your own Accord?

Hi Romel! If your account was suspended, the payment you made needs to be received for the line to be reactivated. If you made the payment through online banking, for instance, it can take from 2 to 5 business days to be received. Hope that helps :)
