Two tab charges? And confuseing warranty charge?

I paid off my - tab balance so I could upgrade my phone. I kept my old plan (Canada wide double data 30) = $30.00 a month and added warranty $7.00 a month... My new tab charge is supposed to be $7.00 a month also... All of this is correct on my bill...

EXCEPT! I noticed a $5.00 tab charge :S that's my old tab charge? I don't think I should have two tab charges?... I also noticed a "partial charges" koodo extended warranty $2.10 I wasnt told about and I don't understand considering I'm paying $7.00 for a warrantly that I did opt for...

Go into self serve and download your last bill

If you check the dates you'll probably see proration for the warranty. Unless you took the warranty exactly on the day your billing cycle resets, you'd have to pay a pro rated fee for the short period of time between that event and the time you took out the warranty.

Also see page 3 for a summary explanation of the extra charges. You may find you either underpaid or overpaid your last bill.
