Prior to my vacation I topped up my account in July and also purchased 500 minutes phone and 1 G data. I also topped up my sons account at the same time. Nothing worked during my vacation. Came home and re-topped up thinking the transaction didn't work. I see all transactions went thru on my visa. So I have been charged for more than I recieved. I need to follow up with someone, but have no idea how to contact a human being at koodo.
