Paid Balance still showing as owed +no phone service

Hi, in regards to my question yesterday. If my payment has gone through on September 19th is there a reason why I still have an outstanding balance on my file? Because of this outstanding balance I do not have service so I cannot call in for anything

Because once service is disconnected you will have to call 611 to get it reconnected. There is also a 35 dollar reconnection fee that needs to be paid.

If for some reason you're not able to call *611 from your phone, see if you can borrow a friends' phone or call from a landline: 1-866-995-6636

Hours of operation (local time):
Monday − Friday: 9 am - 9 pm
Saturday: 9 am - 7 pm
Sunday: 9 am - 7 pm
