When I log in to selfserve, it redirects me to a PAGE NOT FOUND error.
Been doing this for months.  Tried numerous browsers etc, its an issue on Koodo's side with my account.

Hello Chris.

It must be very frustrating. So for months you're not able to access your account? Have you tried from a mobile web browser? Maybe clearing your cookies will solve the problem? Worst case scenario, you could download Koodo's self serve app if you want to access your account.

Is there a reason you want to access your account for that's important? If yes, then I'd call customer service for paying the bill or things like that.

Hi,  I want to use self serve to change ph #.  I wanted to do it a few months ago, but changed my mind after it wasn't working.  Tried again and same problem.  Not a cookie issue, as I've tried numerous browsers and different computers.

Costs $$ to change ph# through customer service.

If you tried it through self serve first and didn't work, they won't charge you.
You need to tell them which browsers you used, what kind of error message you got. Then they will help you out.
