Want to change our home # because we are getting calls from all kinds of creditors from whoever had that # previously. How can I be sure to get a brand new #? And not able to use self serve option.

There are no guarantees as far as I know. Maybe speaking with a rep will be able to see if it was used before and if you explain thatsvwhy you want an entirely new number then they might be able to ensure that much. But the chances of getting two numbers in a row where you get regular calls like that are also quite slim. You can call 611 from your phone. Or if we can get your self-serve issue figured out you can just do it yourself then.

I dont think there are numbers.  Just, havent been used in the last 6 months.

Are you able to login to self serve?  Have you successfully logged into self serve before ever?
