Whenever I want to do something on the Koodo website it doesn't allow me to! I have this problem all the time! Its supposed to be self serve but never works and how do I reach an agent?

What is it showing when it doesn't work? When you say all the time do you literally literally mean every single time you try without exception? Did you finished your self-serve account registration and setup? If you have, try clearing your browser cache and using another browser. If you are still having issues you can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter. Normally there are charges for reps doing something that you can do yourself but if you are not able to do it because of a glitch in your self-serve then you won't be charged. Let us know if it happens every time and what the screen looks like.
