My owing amount says that I owe $180 and change where the the bill adds up to $106 and change. Just wondering where the extra cost is coming from before I pay. Thanks!

Look at your usage on page 3 of your bill as well as looked to see if you underpaid your last bill.
If this is your final bill then it could be any tab amount owing still.

Hi Jonathon, this is odd! Can you check if you are looking at the right bill (see bill date)? Thank you!

The bill date looks right. The breakdown adds up to a completely different number than the owing amount. I pay my bills on time always but this time it just didn't make sense.

It's really strange. I suggest that you send us an email so we can check your account and see what's happening. You can use this link: http://koo.do/11eMLdy. Thank you!
