I am travelling to France for business. I don't think the $40 plan will be enough and I don't want to pay an exorbitant amount of over charges. Is there another plan or another way to get service overseas that won't break the bank?

The plan you describe is the only one Koodo offers. You could unlock your phone and pick up a local SIM at your destination, though that would mean you do not have your Koodo number for the duration of your trip.

Koodo sells into the individual consumer market. For business use, especially international travel, Koodo's parent company, Telus may be a better fit. You could port your current number there, and take advantage of the larger international travel plans they offer.
