Overcharged tab?

Why am I still paying a monthly tab? It's said I owe 0 for several billing periods now.

Hi Kelsie,
If possible, can you post the detail where it charged you (delete all personal information)?.

It could be something else (add-on, overage, etc...). If the Tab was paid off, it unlikely came back again on your bill.

What did the Tab section say? Was it zero? if it was "0" then there must be some problems with billing. For disputing billing you have to contact Koodo directly (call or messaging through facebook/twitter). I suggest you do it through facebook so you don't have to wait on the phone.

Could you download your pdf will and take a screenshot of the tab portion at the top of page 3?
It should look like this:

Opening Tab Balance -160.00
Your Contribution (Tab Charge) 10.00
Closing Tab Balance -150.00

I think you are overpaid one month in advance so that's why your total bill is 0$, but that doesn't mean your tab is 0$
