I have a monthly plan. I was roaming in the US for two weeks without an add-on. I incurred a $5.00 data charge for a small amount of data usage. No problem. However, a few days later I got charged an additional $5.00 for another small amount of data usage because my billing period changed to the next month and started clean slate again. I feel like I have been overcharged $5.00 for data usage that I shouldn't have been. I used way less than 20 MB which the first $5.00 supposedly got me. I am afraid to contact Koodo support about this as they will likely refuse my refund and charge me for the support call.
