On Feb 20, 2017 I paid for 30TNT, however was charged 111.00 in roaming charges. I used 30TNT Jan 22, 2017 and was not charged any roaming charges. I used 10tnt on Mar 23 and wasn't charged any roaming charges. Can I get a credit for the Feb charges, please?

Are you sure that the add-on was properly added? What exactly are the charges for? Make sure they aren't for data, long distance, and were for roaming charges within your add-on period.

As for a credit, Koodo only gives you 30 days from the date you receive your bill to dispute charges on your bill so you may be out of luck depending on when you received your bill.

@ Edrie, here is the history of your add-ons for the last 3 months. The charges that you refer to were incurred post the Feb add-on expiring on Feb 21st. If you'd like further details pls send us a private message on Facebook as this a public forum.

I sent a text on Feb 20 2017 at 7:11 Pm 30tnt.  I should have been charged for this not the roaming charges.  Koodo answered the text saying the add-on has already been enabled which I assumed that it was done.

Since you already had the add-on enabled it got turned down upon your request to add it again and therefore didnt get added. You should recieve a text saying the add-on is successfully added when it goes through properly.

You got to be kidding.....I did it a day early so I wouldn't forget and get charged for roaming charges.  Can it not be fixed.
