Overages for phone calls made to other phones on my koodo account.

So I've been charged  for daytime minute overages for a couple of months and I just decided to look at my bill and count the minutes I've been using. I have 3 phones on my account and was told that phone calls made between phones on the account would not be counted as using daytime minutes. Yet now I look at my account and only have a total of 57 minutes to callers besides these other 2 phones and was still charged for overages ( I have 100 daytime minutes a month) that makes no sense. Either the man I spoke with at the kiosk lied to me or I'm being over charged. Neither is very good. Anyone else have this issue?

Hi Nicole, Did you just get the new phone? If this is your first month having it then it's actually a part month up till your billing cycle and is prorated. so your 100 minutes you'll have every month is divided by however many days up till the billing date. So if you have 100 you divide that by 30 days (3.33 minutes per day) and then multiply that by however many days from when you signed up till your billing date. Then the next full month and from then on you'll have the full 100 minutes each month.

If you didn't just get that new line then ignore my explanation

Were all the calls made within the geographical limits of your plan, either local or Canada-wide?

In any event, we have no access to personal information about your plan nor the ability to adjust charges here. Click on the f Facebook logo at the bottom right of this page and send the Koodo team a private message with your particulars.

@Nicole, I think you are referring to the line ending with 53. This is the only one with a local airtime overage. This line has 100 anytime min included with an evening weekend addition. If you look at page 6 of downloaded pdf you will see the summary for the calls on this line. In addtion to the 100 min over 200 in were included in the free zone. 9 minutes were outside of the 100 min and free zone. These were made to other people than the one in your account. Hence the overage at $0.50 a min. Hope this explains.
