Overage charges

I got charged 7.75 on my current bill cycle for data overage. I have 6 GB of data and am currently under 1 GB of usage. Please look into resolving this charge.

Have you reviewed your PDF bill downloaded from self-serve? It will have all the details of your charges. You’ll have to contact Koodo directly to address billing issues.

Did you recently change plans? If so, it may be a pro-rated overage charge.
