Why is there 35.50 charge for the month when I had already switched to unlimited calling plan. Not agree with these charges on my current bill

Contact Customer service they'll fix you up. Sometimes you have to wait until your cycle changes before a new changes to take effect. However this would have been noted when you changed your plan. Good luck.

Hi Terri,

If you look on page 3 of your e-bill you will see a breakdown of where the charge is coming from!

Or these might just be the partial charges of your previous plan, it all depends when you changed for a new plan, on the billing cycle or after the billing cycle. As these two might not seem important, they do impact very heavily your bill at the end.
