over charged data fee

I signed a contract on june 8 2015 , got my first billing on june 14 2015 ..statement read 80 mb of data use ... always use wi fi only for browsing ...set data background restricted and play store setting do not update app . why ...are they doing negative billing ... charging thing is not there ?

You won't be charged for the data usage because there's a ten day grace period to allow customers to familiarize themselves with how their new phones' work. Chances are the data leakage occurred at some point shortly after receiving your phone as mobile data is pre-enabled from the factory on most smartphones out there today.

If this didn't involve a new phone, then you might want to get in touch with customer service *611 when they reopen tomorrow.
