I have 600 min. on my Samsung, you keep charging me with overage. Last time only used 160 min. Please explain

Since this is a public forum nobody has the ability to check on your account details, in this case you need to get in contact with customer service. You can dial 1-866-995-6636 or *611 from your cell phone and press 0 a few times to get in touch with a representative. Their hours of operation are as follows:
Hours of Operation
Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 7pm

Are you sure your plan comes with 600 mins?

I don't even recall koodo having a 600 minute plan. 500 yes, 1,000 also.

There was a 600 minute plan for $45 at one point, double promo plan. I used to have it but never used the minutes hardly.
