Hi I used data during my last bill period and it's billed to my last month's bill. but I just found i am charged for another $7.50 for next billing period. What can I do with this? the customer service call seems to just lead me to endless voice system

If you enabled data during the cycle, it will show up on your following bill. If you didn't turn it off then you're going to continue to be charged for it because things might be updating in the background.

Thanks for the reply. but I am already charged in my last billing cycle and I turned it off before my next billing cycle. Just don't know why it could happen like that? even if my cellphone doesnt show any data usage since then
