Idea: It may say that you have used up your allotted airtime minute usage but it doesn't tell you exactly how many minutes you have used. You should have the option of seeing exactly how many airtime minutes you have used without having to go through your phone log history and adding them up manually, or getting shocked when your bill comes in because you don't know how many minutes you went over. I realize that they say it might not be entirely up to date but there should still be able to be a number over your limit.

Dennis: Yes, I see that, but what I'm saying is that it shows this: and so I don't know: is it 110? 120? It won't go past the 100.

Mayumi: Is it free? I found a "Samsung App" button but it starts connecting me to the internet but I don't have data and don't want to be charged for data. I don't really do apps - just text and talk. I wouldn't know how to find it or what it would be called.

Yes. Koodo app is free to install and use. You can get it from play store - Koodo self serve.
If you have WIFI connection, you can access to internet anytime. You don't need to have a data plan to connect internet. Go to setting and turn wifi on. (Just to make sure your mobile data is off to avoid get data charges.)

As usual, our friends down south are way ahead of us in terms of customer satisfaction. This is the welcoming screen on self-serve from ConsumerCellular. Gives you all you need to know in a nutshell and gives a good indication of whether a plan change is in order.
