Nice to see Ottawa taking the initiative here, even though the CRTC ruled in favor of the proposed sale.

Ottawa is either really stupid or extremely smart. :-) Mobilicity won't survive on their and throwing my tax money after this business would really get me going. In a bad way. :-)

If you read the spectrum auction rules any unused spectrum would be reverted back to the government. So, it is possible that's wha they are trying to do get the spectrum back and sell it again.

If Mobi was turned down from being purchased shouldn't Shaw be in the same position and Rogers therefore can't buy that spectrum either?
