Ordering a Galaxy S7 Edge online

When ordering a Galaxy S7 Edge online the site said it would arrive in 5-7 business days, now I'm being told by customer service it will take 4-6 weeks?! What's going on? And when can I expect to receive the phone you already charged me for?

It usually takes 5-7 business days but it's the most popular device on the market right now and they could very well be on backorder. You can wait or cancel your order it's up to you but that's pretty much your options if it is on backorder, you can't get it any sooner if they're waiting on stock themselves.

When I ordered mine, it said 4-6 weeks. And got it in about a week. Like Paul said it's all stock based. As well they will always tell you the latest possible time that way your expectations aren't blown away

Yes! I actually just received it this morning! I guess on the phone they were giving me a worst-case scenario, but it definitely set my expectations low so I'm super happy now.
