Ordered sim online but didn’t get any account number

I ordered sim online and selected the plan as well and received the SIM card with receipt today. There was no account number details and I tried registering on self serve, now it’s showing me that this email is already register with some other account and awaiting approval from the owner. I have no idea what is that or it might be that when I order sim and I used my email id.
My order number is HFO18743884.
Can you help with activating the sim and it’s post paid with byod.
