Ordered phone online can I exchnage in store?

Hi, I ordered a new phone online but realized soon after receiving it I ordered wrong phone while this is 100% my fault, I wanted to know if I have to exchange the phone through mail or if I can simply go into the store and exchange for the phone I want?

I don't think you can return and exchange it in store. You would have to contact the webstore and follow their instruction to return it though. the policy is here: https://www.koodomobile.com/help/returning-or-exchanging-your-koodo-phone

You could return that phone and after that get another phone at store.

Hello there,

Here's the policy for phones bought online : 

• Money back guarantee (MBG) is 15 days from date shipped (15 calendar days, not business days)
• If the customer wants to return the phone, they must request a return mailer before the end of the 15th day
• Phones cannot be returned to a store (not even a Koodo Shop)

So yeah, it's not returnable in-store

You are better off returning it within the 15 day period and just ordering the right one instead of exchanging
