I have been with Koodo for awhile and just ordered the LG G4 online to replace my aging Galaxy S2X. Given this was online, how can I transfer my old phone content to my new phone (music, contacts, pictures, apps, etc.)? Can I take the new phone into a Koodo kiosk and get it done there?

Here's how to backup and restore your backup to the new phone

You can go to a Koodo store to transfer contacts but thats all they can do. You need to learn how to properly backup your phone, it's a basic thing to know when owning a smartphone, so just read the article and try yourself :)

Also, you can check some of file transfer apps.

If your old phone still works;
Download this app,  Copy My Data,  from Play Store on to  both phones and run.
It will transfer your info thru a wifi connection

Transfer data between two phones, you can use professional data transfer tool. Some professional mobile transfer programs allow you to share data between android phones, or android and iphone without limitations of different operation systems.
