Hi. I have placed the order on 25th June at web store for a new SIM card. No tracking info shared till now. Can you please help with status of the order. Appreciate your help as I need it urgently as recently moved to Canada as new immigrant

No, I haven't received any tracking/shipping info. Only confirmation received on 25th June

Koodo is saying they are a bit backed up so it will take a few extra days to process orders. Just gotta be a bit patient

Any way to speed up the process as I need a number to communicate. Would it be possible that I will go to Koodo outlet pay 30 dollars and get the same on the same order no?

Same order number? No. But you can get a new sim card right then there and you can cancel your current order if you cannot or will not wait.
